At Pink Gellac, we want you to be completely satisfied with your salon-quality manicure; if you are not happy with your purchase, you can return unopened and unused products within 30 days of receipt.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring the bottles are securely sealed and protected to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest designated carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return for hygiene compliance, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
